Description

One of my more detailed pieces to date. This was also a first for me in that the background took longer than the woman. All hand painted in Painter 8.

It looks great, the only problem i can see is that the lighting in the background doesn't match the lighting on the figure. Judging by the highlights on the leg, there should be a strong light coming from the front of the figure, yet the front of the pillar is completely dark. Great Painting all the same. cheers.

I love it - what else can one do g The woman looks on the hand a bit cheeky and jaunty on the other hand she spreads some kind of sensuality. A well found mixture! About the curly beauty there is nothing to critisize, she is marvelous (did Imention, that I love black curls ;-), only the background has some minor flaws in terms of perspective and precision but that doesn't influence the picture too much, since this doesn't disturbs the general ambience, which is really created perfect. What I like most are the legs and the hands/arms. They look so enormous vivid, almost photolike !!! Btw. good use of textures ! What I would like to know more about: what about that portrait in the background? Hope I get an answer on that g
