Description
I had not planned on another Dr.Who scene- at least not this soon. But when Bill Redfern offered me his excellent console, I couldn't stay away from it. The rest of the Tardis Control Room is built from scratch- including the coatrack- using cloth plains and primatives. The image on the viewscreen is of course a shadowship, suggesting that the Doctor has brought his newest companion to exactly the wrong place and time!

Wow, how does the doc always wind up with a sexy companion anyway? LOL. Well done. I've never seen a render that was bigger on the inside than on the outside...

Thanks, mdbruffy, for trying out my console model and thank you, scifire and maxmacster, for kind words. As far as I can tell, mdbruffy was the first person to post an image using Mick Imrie's TARDIS model I optimized (with Mick's permission) for Poser. For that, I thought he deserved something extra, the beta version of a Baker era console I modeled from scratch. When I have completed some interior walls (complete with recessed roundels), I'll release the whole kit and kaboodle in the freebie section. Sincerely, Bill
Sarte
How'd you make Doctor #4?
mdbruffy
Sarte, do you mean this one? "Doctor!" is only number 3. Do you mean the complete render or the character? As for Maya, the Orion slave girl, she's explained under her own picture "A Summer Evening on Orion".I needed a companion for this piece and she was already on file. These responce spaces don't allow alot of room. Let me know which one you mean- render or character- and I'll tell you all about it.
Shadowdancer
Nope mdbruffy, that is indeed doctor no. 4 - played by Tom Baker. Doctor no. 3 was a white haired gentleman.
mdbruffy
I know. I though Sarte was talking about the picture. This is only the third picture. If he is talking about the Doctor, that's okay. I used Poser's Don and the Face Room along with pictures of Tom Baker I had in a couple of books. The coat is the standard P-4 trenchcoat with a woven texture I had on file. The Hat is part of a package of "adventurers hats" that was a freebie- I don't remember the website. Same for the scarf-if someone knows the author, feel free to pop in and name her- I'm sure it's a her.the pants and shirt are basic P-4 clothing and the hair is actually a P-4 female style- non of the male styles came anywhere close. Hope this helps.

I need to make a correction. I said the Doctgor's coat was the stansard p-4 trenchcoat. This is wrong. The coat was downloaded from PhilC's website and I owe him an appology for saying otherwise.
