Doing better. Use my chessboard texture on the floor...the big black void just doesn't cut it. Also, if he's "sneaking around", then he probably shouldn't wear reflective clothing, so I'd suggest taking the shine off his shirt. What's up with the arms?? Oh...use a different hair style dude. The light fixtures look a little fake...maybe a different texture or a bump map would work. The good points are that you've got great use of lighting and camera angle, and your pose is very nice.
