Description

UF3 No Postwork Like many of you, I spent countless hours going through all the UF tutorials, challenges, and tweaking of other users' parameters before I felt confident to begin a fractal from scratch. So, this is the result of my first render. I don't work much in UF since I discovered Apophysis, but I'm still subscribed to the list and am in awe of everyone's amazing works! Thanks for your inspiration! To all of you who have graciously shared your views on my first three uploads, I thank you from the bottom of my heart! Particularly touching were all the prayers and expressions of love directed toward my friend who is suffering from the ravages of cancer ("Rita's Seraphim" image). Her response to you: "...I am left with a lump in my throat and feel overwhelmed with gratitude and honor. The comments of all of your online friends are really something else. I am grateful to you for doing this all for me and others who are suffering. You have no idea how much impact this has had on me and others as well. When I told some friends what you did, they were stunned about the whole story and are as speechless as I am in expressing their feelings." I apologize for my slowness in thanking you all, but I'll get to it eventually.

An absolutely stunning fractal! Please let me add to the thoughts and prayers that are going out to your friend. I recently lost my best friend to that terrible disease, and I remember how much it meant to her and to me when all the people here were keeping her in their thoughts. God Bless.

I am in awe. I have UF3, and I can't do anything at all with it. I have tried and tried, and everything comes out looking amateurish. A shame too, because IMHO the most beautiful fractals I have ever seen come from that program, and this one is no exception.
