Description

This is an image from the digital comic book The Symbiotes written by Davis Vaughn and illustrated by George Lippert (AKA winnston1984, look me up). This image utilizes Maya, Poser, and several other applications. The Exo armor is similar to the armor sold in my merchant store and was created entirely from scratch in Maya.

Superb composition. I am reminded of a Ralph McQuarrie illustration showing a confrontation between Luke and Darth Vader. Fantastic suit.

Great POV. Wonderful composition and atmosphere. Very good characters and poses. The textures on the robot are perfect. That 'police' label seems to be detached from the outfit, though. Excellent, anyway!

This has a very theatrical showdown feel to it... I almost feel like I should be eating popcorn while I look at it. The lighting and attention to detail is fantastic as well!
