Yes indeed, a touching image! While thinking about a meaning, I imagine the tree and the cross as two persons. Who would I rather be? ... Da hat dein Auge f's Besondere ja wieder einen tollen Fund gemacht! :-)

Wonderful scenery, excellent shot! Not far away of my home there was a similar tree growing around a cross, children always took fright at it. A few years aog, someone cut down this tree...:((. Thanks for sharing it, its a nice reminder for me to former times!
