The weather wasnt as bright and sunny as i expected
but it was ok, made a lot of shroom shots yesterday :D

shows a mature specimen.

Ive painted many amanitas in my fantasy landscapes, it is my favorite. If you know the way it is possible to eat it, I know it and Ive done it. I understand why the shamans used it. That specimen is one of the best Ive ever seen and your sharp shot reflects it. Impressive !

It is the problem with natural psychotrops, they contain around the actif alcaloid, other one as "muscarine" that are particulary toxic. That's why shamans from both South America, Europa and Asia, are very sick before having the "messages". Sometime they are sick (vomit and lot of sleeping) during 2 days before their mind open the doors. Fascinating ! And, Fascinating shot here Jeroen. Precise, beautiful and, as ever perfectly presented.
