Basilique Notre Dame de la Garde : Point culminant de la ville de Marseille à 154m, on y érige la première chapelle en 1214.En 1524 François Ier y commande la construction d'un fort.La basilique actuelle de style romano-byzantin sur des plans de l'architecte Espérandieu, fait parties des grands travaux entrepris sous le Second Empire et sera consacrée en 1864.Depuis l'esplanade on découvre une des vues les plus impressionnantes de Marseille. Notre Dame de la Garde : The highest point of the Marseille city, where the first chapel was built in 1214.In 1524, François I built a fort here. The present Romanesque-Byzantine basilica, designed by the architect Espérandieu, was one of the great building projects undertaken during the Second Empire and was consecrated in 1864.From the esplanade there is a most impressive view of Marseille. °°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°° Thanks for comments - Commentaires appréciés

Le style Romano-byzantin m'a toujours fascin ce mange d'occident et d'orient est vraiment tr artistique et ta photo donne bien la dimmension de ce superbe ifice !

Que dire de plus ... les bras m'en tombe ... je manque de mots ... heu ... ca c'est l'inconvient d'arriver bon dernier ...enfin ... Bref ... si tu continue avec ce genre de foto ... j'vais re obligde changer mon moniteur .. ou bien ... de le mettre sur le cot... Yiens ... Apple avait fait un truc comme ca par le pass... vi ... un moniteur qui pouvait pivoter ... ben ... j'aconte n'importe quoi ... normalement ... j'suis lpour faire des commentaires sur ta foto ... bon ... j'vais me rattraper en disanr que je suis d'acc. avec les autres lau dessus ... heu ... j'men sort bien .. je trouve !!!
