One of the things that I always liked about Marvel Comics is their policy of altering the appearance of some of their characters from time to time. Whether they are simply allowing a particular artist to explore the character (for example, it's easy to tell the Todd McFarlane Spidey from the Jim Lee ones) or when they have a slew of characters suddenly change ethnicity (I remember a time in 1991 when all of the major Marvel characters were African American for a couple of months.) When they started the "2099" series, Marvel toyed with the idea of making some of the classicly male characters into new female versions. I don't know if they ever did it or not, but I would have loved to see a lady Punisher, one of my favorite titles. Vicki2 with Jen's Shelby texture, the DAZ catsuit with my own "punishette" texture, the Michael wedge hair (not too bad on a girl) and a couple of Mac10's (or something) from the CounterStrike collection in Free Stuff.
