Description

So I had just got back home from going to town with my mom,to look at flowers. When I start up the steps and get on the porch I hear something rustling in the bush,and see what looks like two butterflies either fighting or mating, until I notice one fly away and the other in the grasp of this guy. Its a Carolina Mantid (Stagmomantis carolina) and he had a good grip on this guy. So I ran in the house and grabed my camera and grabed some shots,and this was the best one out of them. Hope you enjoy.
