Description

Tarot: The Moon The eerie landscape symbolizes those things that haunt us, our own secrets, buried memories, paranoias and inner compulsions. The moon shines down and becomes one with a mysterious and emotional woman. She symbolizes feminine energy and creation -- that which is still in the dark and has not been realized in the physical world. ~ from Tarot: Unveiled & Fantastical Tarot ***** I am rather proud of this one. I spent about five minutes in Poser, and the rest of the time was spent in Photoshop. I know my cloth and hair painting still needs a lot of work, but I feel that I'm improving, and I'm proud of myself ;) The background is highly modified and I'm not sure where the original is from -- my background files are ALL messed up :( -- so if someone recognizes it, please let me know and I'll be happy to credit. As a collector of Tarot-Cards I really have to say, that this is a very interessting view of "The Moon" and different to the classics like Rider Waite. Excellent!!!

The girl is perfect for her role, and I love the clouds and mist in the background. I think the hair and cloth painting looks very nice! The whole image is beautiful and the symbolism works very well.
