Description

We came to a place with less rocks around but a field of high grass and wild plants. Behind it I suddenly saw the small lake "Seeleinsee" in front of me and I hold the breath! It was a joyful view and it was the first time I saw a lake high up in the mountains! The hot sommer had dried it out but the water was clear and cold. (You are looking to the side where the ibexes and chamoises came down to drink.) We went down to it, sat down on a stone and relaxed in the last sunny hours of the day. Thanks for your visit and all comments! ;o)

Really terrific shot! The composition is great with that splash of color in the foreground. I think you have more adventures in a few weeks than I'll have my whole life!

When the evening comes and my mind's a blank, i love to see 'n' read your wonderful adventures, then my heart sings :"I hear the soft wind sighin', In every bush and tree, The sound of my heart cryin', When you are far from me...When we're apart, my friend, There's sorrow in the wind, When we're apart, Rita, Sweet sorrow in the wind..." I wish i could be sitting on one of these rocks, reflectin' off the water and dreamin' peacefully.........V..................SG
