Definately not as long as there are bubbles, no air in my bloodstream please! :D Yuo should work a bit on the background an the lightning. The background is a bit to flat, and so is the lightning, but the modelling is good.

It's a really good start. Have a look at some tutorials on modeling and texturing glass and transparent plastic. You'll need to have a certain thickness to the material, and apply a different index of refraction on the surfaces (interior and exterior facing). Also check out tutorials on the Fresnel shaders... those would come in handy here as well. :o)
