Hi all! So a little bit more about me. To begin, please forgive my english, it's been many years since I didn't practice!
I'm born on March 4, 1978, and I'm living in Bordeaux, France.BIOI loved the 3D creation as soon as I've seen some pictures of it, especially landscapes; so in 2004 I decided to get some softwares in order to try myself on it. I made my first steps with Bryce 5; but when I discovered Terragen, with its numberless possibilities, I concentrated my efforts on it. So I gradually learn how to use it as betetr as I can, since a few time. And I hope you like it! For the genre, I'm a fan of science fiction and fantasy, but I'm also interested in others.
otherwise, what I'm most interested by are works realised with Mojoworld, Vue d'Esprit and Poser, in addition of course to Bryce and Terragen.
Of course, I've got some other passions, like cars (I'm really mad about them), sports or cinema, and many others. But this is another story!
And for those who had, have or will have the kindness to rate & comment my images, please forgive me if I don't visit your gallery and answer you immediately: lack of time & very low speed internet connexion are the real guilties! :-)

A little too green for my taste...nice view and water reflections...try a few more surface layers and vary the child layer color from the parent layer color slightly for surface detail and contrast...lets see some more!!! (I have used 10 or more surface layers just for the grass) :)

I agree with Markal. The terrain is fine so more detailed surfaces will spice this up some. Often finely mixing in some dead grass with the green grass makes a big improvement. And add some more red to the green to tone it down some. Can't wait to see the next one!

Really nice beginning for you. Agree with stbc and Markal, though, but you are already on your way to exploring a fantastic program. Welcome to TG.

Thanks for your comments and your welcome. Nevertheless, that image doesn't reflect my current level, even if I still need improvement!I should have begun by uploading one of my last; I'll do it for the next. Now I manage better the mix of colors. I didn't touch up this one both because it's the reflect of my ability at a precise time and also because I thought more about my new images! Anyway, thanks for having stopped by and gave your opinion; I'll try to repost it. Congratulations for your work too, I'm not sure I'll be able one day to do such beautiful pics. Markal, you must know I like your work, you are in my favorites since several months. I never posted comments because I think I'm not such an expert that I can give a sufficiently representative and technical opinion to allow to make progress. I'm quite happy that my work is of any interest to you ;-)!
