Born in Hilo, Hawaii and class of '66, I became very active in Barbells, Judo and love striking the heavy/speed bag. I've learned to Rollerblade and bike ride which is a very health sport. But time doesn't stop for anyone including for me. So my good friend Dave aka punaguy got me started in taking pictures. I'm having fun taking pictures especially hiking the mountains. I'm enjoying seeing the world thru your post on Renderosity. Mahalo and Aloha....Errol

I used a canvas bag with "Honu" and a green sea turtle image on it every day for very many years when I was teaching electronics. I got many questions about it and I used to tell my students that I lived in Hawaii and worked in Alberta, but I had to spend 50 weeks a year working. Thanks for your kind comments about my gallery! I've just had the pleasure of looking at your entire gallery and it is so amazing. You have the best photos of lava flow that I have ever seen, far better than has ever been in National Geographic. I wouldn't know where to start to pick favorites! And you have many beautiful flower shots as well. I think you have a great combination: a Harley, a camera, and the most interesting place in the world to live. Whenever I can get to Hawaii I always return with about 3,000 photos in 10 days and it's just so amazing to sit and watch the ocean! Have a great day and let me know if you ever are coming to Alberta! Wayne Hope
