Hello
This page is best viewed with a black background.
This was me on Halloween 2004.
BIOMy introduction to art was when I was around the age of 5. My older brother Eric could draw very well and the idea of creating my own world that I had complete control over was a most enthralling concept. I soon would draw all of the time and through out my life have been in persuit of many artforms, all of which give me a different satisfaction.
People say I look young for my age. I love getting carded for cigarettes and beer still. I just turned 32 last June 7. I live to get inspired and create. Any kind of art is almost of interest to me. I enjoy sculpting, painting, and photography just to name a few, that's why I love the computer with the ability to do all of it with less mess.
I have a wife and son. Christine and Christian and my name's is Christopher, so it's not too hard to remember 3 Chris's. I feel like I've made a few quality friends here. It's great to have common ground with others and communicate about my biggest passion. . . "art"
I poor all of myself into all of what I do. I am more sensative than most which enables a high degree of being able to observe the world. I feel swallowed and hurt by it most of the time, but I am here to help and befriend those that need it most. Those that aren't afraid to feel and express their beautiful emotions in this world are the ones that impress me.

I have a dog JUST like Jake, his name is Akela. I'm sorry that you have so much pain, you have done so much to help him. I enclosed this writing....hope it helps a bit. :)**** "Just this side of Heaven is a place called Rainbow Bridge. When an animal dies that has been especially close to someone here, that pet goes to Rainbow Bridge. There are meadows and hills for all of our special friends so they can run and play together. There is plenty of food and water and sunshine, and our friends are warm and comfortable. All the animals who had been ill and old are restored to health and vigor; those who were hurt or maimed are made whole and strong again, just as we remember them in our dreams of days and times gone by. The animals are happy and content, except for one small thing: they miss someone very special to them; who had to be left behind. They all run and play together, but the day comes when one suddenly stops and looks into the distance. The bright eyes are intent; the eager body quivers. Suddenly he begins to break away from the group, flying over the green grass, his legs carrying him faster and faster. YOU have been spotted, and when you and your special friend finally meet, you cling together in joyous reunion, never to be parted again. The happy kisses rain upon your face; your hands again caress the beloved head, and you look once more into the trusting eyes of your pet, so long gone from your life but never absent from your heart. Then you cross Rainbow Bridge together......." (~Anonymous)

Dear Chris.. I am so very sorry for you, and your family. To lose a beloved four-legged member of the family is terrible. Keep imagining him running free in animal's free paradise land. The love for him matters. He felt and feels it. Hugs, with my real affection.

My golden, Hunter, was just diagnosed with advanced lymphosarcoma. Nothing to be done for it. For six years, he has only wanted me to be happy, to play, to share his joy in this world. My heart breaks to watch him struggle, to want to run, his spirit bright and strong and lively as ever as his body betrays him. I'm losing a brother, a friend and one of the best teachers i've ever known. It is very very hard for us both. Ask Jake if he could watch for Hunter, and ease his journey when he comes.

It's a privilege for some animals that they don't have to suffer until the end. I'm glad you could help him. For you and yours it's a great loss. It's always so hard to loose a pet. Feel very sorry for you, but i think Jake found his deserved peace. Lovely shots btw.

Ow, that really hurts. I had to put down my dog two years ago, and it still hurts. That said, she was suffering, and afterwards, I felt bad for not doing it sooner. Every dog has his or her day, and what a day it is. . .the perfect happiness of chasing a frisbee or eating something revolting, barking at foxes and licking fussy people in the face. Its a short life, but a perfect one.
