Description
Looking away from the sun causes less bluishness of that hazy air. Left from the Schwalmere (2777 m, 9111 ft) you can see a part of the Thuner Lake. The inversion is elevated to a height of approximately 2600 m (8500 ft), thus covering the mountain-ranges of Jura, Vosges and Black Forest (all below 1720 m, 5640 ft). In the winter there's a good chance to see these mountain-ranges from here.
