Description
Composure is a result of inner dialogue. No company is needed. Nor can company diminish the inner contentment -- either by harsh comments or false praises. Its being content wth what u are. You read thru others but injure none. Yes, u may do things to make others happy. But that doesnt affect ur happiness -- u dont patronize urself for being good. Contentment is composure -- its not just being happy wth what u are, but striving to become better and finding inner peace in that. Your competition remains wth yourself.
