Description
I don't usually post 'cause I'm shy and I stink and all that sort of garbage, although I have been around for a while under a name or two. I finally got around to trying hair painting. (Thanks to all you tute writers!!) *I* think it's fair to decent, but I wanted to post it so I can get some feedback from the experts. So, please, tell me what you think and how I could have improved? Thanks so much!

I think the tone and flow of the hair is great, but I think it might look more natural if it were parted down the middle. Great job.

It is very well done! It is much better than the first time..or 50 lol that I painted hair...it has body and style which is better than I can do most of the time. Excellent Job!

Beautiful image! She has the prettiest eyes and really lovely skin. I like her pose and expression, too. Her hair? ...the flow and style are excellent, and it looks very natural. Nice job on the highlights, too. PLEASE, you really MUST show us more of your artwork!! :D Very well done!!

The hair work is really well done! But unfortunately you do the same mistake as all the other ones painting their hair: you forgot that even hair do cast shadows. Create an underlayer betwin the charactzer and the hair layers, paint your shadows in black then apply a layer mask to control its opacity so that the shadows are more dense near the hair and lighter near the right cheek. Then your hair work will be perfect.

GRRRRRRR sticks tongue out at Olivier I surely hope you didnt stop posting because of him :O( Cuz honestly this is a gorgeous image. You know I find it saddening that someone feels the need to devalue what you DID accomplish here....the hair looks soft and lovely and the back sweep and flow of it gives it a very classy romantic feel...I do hope you will post some more as this person doesnt much comment anymore and I know the rest of us are missing out on your lovely work :O) HUGS!! :O)
