very spatial, nice and clean but i think lack of complexity due to the overbrightness.

I like it. The few suggestions I would make are that you should try rotating the floor texture 45 degrees on the y axis, add some support structure to the lower stairs because the look like they are floating there. The ceiling is a bit to shiny and the lamp is not sitting on the floor.Also the center armrests of the sofa are pointing in the wrong direction,they hang over the cushions.It's the little changes along with strong lighting effects that bring out the true realism in 3d images. good work overall tho.
