Beautiful work. I don't think you need the lens flair, though. I often use them (in fact, I usually overuse them), but in this case it's distracting us from your great work. I also would suggest using Photoshop or PhotoPaint to add some blue to the water to the left. A subtle use of color would help draw our eyes to the waterlillies and frog. By the way, your signature is really kewl!
