Description
This was done in an absolutely amazing beta freeware artistic paint program called Project Dogwaffle. Even in beta it kicks ass on Painter and any other artistic paint program I've tried, and I've been looking for the right artistic paint program for a long while now. This was my first effort in the program. I give it my highest recommendation, and I've posted a link to it in the 2D Graphics forum.
