Description
I've just learn how to do this by accident when trying to do a woodcut effect, 3 main steps:
1.open ur image/photo,desaturate it
2.filter - other - high pass
3.then go to image menu - adjust - treshold
experiment with them, multiply the layer mod.
Then duplicate the original image put them below the multiply layer and experiment with: rough pastel, graphic pen and other filter for shadow n highlight
