Nice image great detail. You might want to try a high pass filter and a little noise to get rid of the patern in the brick texture. Also the trees on one side are casting shadows in one direction and trees on the other side are casting full shadows allmost 90 degrees off. A little light and texture work will take this from real nice to great. Your building models are fantastic and your attention to detail excellent! I love the way you have the people posed. The guy in the suit looks like he's trying to sell something.

I like the modelling a lot, but the texturing leaves quite a bit to be desired if I'm honest. You might want to try to use some bumpmaps and perhaps overlay a procedural texture layer with Fractal noise or something, as it would rid you a bit of the too clean look the image has. The people (however great they're posed) seem "plastic", like they're dolls or something. Work on the textures and the lighting (as Pjespersen mentioned) and I think it can be a truly great picture. a 9 for modelling, a 5 for texturing.
