The weather forcast for Sunday was fine and dry.
The day started off well with lovely views of autumn over the loch.
15 minutes after taking this picture (yesterdays posting), I was putting my walking boots on and guess what....
The heavens opened.
This is the awful truth of this game.
The cloud comes down, the rain starts, the sodden "path" turns to a knee deep bog.
But still you soldier on, and come back for more time after time.
Always in search of a view.
But more often than not this is the only thing you get to see, as I'm sure Rita will testify to!
Not a shortbread tin or kilted piper in sight...Glorious mud all the way...sniff!

LOL what a muddy dream! LOL old feelings coming up! you are right! my shoes looked like this 2 weeks long and all objects were hidden by clouds, fog or raindrops! but you are very smart to take this excellent and informative shot! ;o)))

Now we laugh with you! The other side of the story I'm sure. Its like this in Auckland with the weather changing so quickly as it blows over the island. Sunny walking down main street then you're wearing rain in your face. What can you do but stay prepared! All the best ... it is worth it!
