Lingering buds on my Variegated Fuschia:)
My son gets me one of these every year for Mother's Day it has just about seen it's better days but this one was a beauty:) Mom has had 2 wonderful days and I am so happy and thankful:)

good morning glad you both are fine, when i was little with my brothers and sisters in san francisco my mom had these in our yard and we would pop them open to see what was inside and she would say kids don't pop the fuschias! leave them alone! we were so sneaky every day we would get them hehe, this brought back that happy memory thanks kid! ann :)

Glad to hear your mom is doing so well lately. This is a beautiful fuchsia, and it reminds me of my grandmother. She grew lots of them where she lived on the coast. She had one just like this one. My favorite was her light pink which was a very full one. I miss her, and her garden! This is fantastic, and worthy of a vote! luvs and hugsss, ~Char

Never seen these before today, also. Very beautiful flower and pic Susan. Dandelions seem to be the only flower I can grow. I have a rose bush, but it only blooms every Feb 30th. Very glad to hear your Moms doing better. Hugs and continued health! Dave :^)

Susan, Here I am a day late and a dollar short, but at least I understand it now. I had to have another look at your gallery, and this one caught my eye! I spent five years in England, and Fuchsias were are of their pride and joys(along with Mums). And of course, I caught the bug, at one time I had 21 different plants. Your image is not only beautiful, but brings back some fond memories! Thank you so much!
