Description
Poser & Bryce, minor postwork.
I was wanting to do something with a figure lit with glowing neon sort of lighting and was needing some tips. I started looking through my collection of tutorials and came across the "Tank Liquid & Lighting tutorial" for Bryce by Knuck Martin (2003). So I played around with it and made some modifications. I angled the mirrored walls (which created the wrap-around room look), adjusted the textures some and a few other things. Then imported the poser woman. I was never able to get the quality of latex reflectivity I was aiming for in the Bryce environment so I ended up doing Vicky in Poser and just putting them together with Photoshop. I am not totally happy with the final result (what artist ever is?) but for the most part it will do.
Background in Bryce, with parts mostly from Knuck's tutorial.

Great composition and camera angle. Those reflections on her outfit are great. Don't know how to do them on Bryce either. She looks like she was rendered together with the scene. Love those blueish glows and tones. The floating tanks look great.

What I like best is how the black vinyl spandex looks ink drawn. That's a very good effect. Would've liked to have seen all page elements with that treatment. As it is, though it's still quite good and very well produced.
