I think it's really great so far, nice touch with that starbucks (they've gotten the earth and now they're taking over the galaxy!) You might want to make the lighting a bit softer, more ambient-flourescent style.

Maybe this is evidence Starbucks is from alien invaders? :p Either way, this is a classic design for a ship in sci-fi books, but very well implimented. As for how to improve...not sure. More of everything. Objects, detail ect. (people, if possible)

Very nice, like your idea of the halo gravity!

Very nice render, but looking at it for a engineering point of view, I think its a little small. If it goes from aroud flat to near vertical in one screen that the whole thing must be around 4-6 screens big (just going from my guess-timates and point of view), and thus do you really think that you could fit everything you would need in such a small space. Anyway feel free to ignore me (most people do) or explain away my observations, or call me a Baka make as model basis off the picture and prove me wrong. Either of the last two options could actually turn out interesting :D Note that the ranking is based off my artistic taste of the picture, not my observations.

Looks great to me. It could well be that this is one of a series of rings linked together in a tube shape, each ring having a single purpose. This one being the starbucks ring. Plus of course, it's art and you can do pretty much what you want. I did a similar picture a while back... http://www.renderosity.com/viewed.ez?galleryid=678048

Great concept. I would love to see this with real textures and lighting.

OK! I have no problem with this, especially from an engineering pov. It very interesing and contains some really good elements. The 'caution' signs are a nice touch as is the boat shaped tree planter. I do have to very minor gripes though. The travel/mono-rail thing needs to look a bit more secure on it's rail and the whole scene is a bit too bright. You could tone it down and a little less shiny. This is after all a place to relax in I think. Anyway....vote!
