I am a visual artist and have know I was since I was three years old. The family is a four generation of artists, on the female side. My mediums over the years have been, pencil, ink, casein, oil, and acrylic. Also, some 3D sculptures along the way. Now I work with digital art.
Teaching art to adults was very interesting to me. I maintained two studios, one in a loft downtown and one at home. Unfortunately the downtown building became too old and was demolished in 2008; my residence there was over 30 years. My home studio has been reorganized to be the computer room. I am very pleased to post in Renderosity.

I find this intriguing because I have been playing around with the same kinds of exploratios in UF3. I call then fractal lines of force, because they reveal so much about the nature of the interaction between the fractal formula, the coloring algorithm and the gradient chosen. It can be extremely slow work to render, can't it (especially for some algorithms and many layers. Very nice work (did you realize the interesting visual effect you get by scrolling up and down fairly rapidly?).
