Big improvement, surfaces are much finer, the colors more natural, the water is sharp and I like your use of the 3D clouds. This is great work, congratulations!

The image looks quite unnatural due to the over sharpening and too much contrast. However, it is a cool artistic effect after all. Reminds me of some textile work.
