Description
For some time now I've had the overwhelming urge to paint one of those Bladerunner blimp things. Finally got around to doing it :) I did try the stripe across the eyes too, but it didn't work with the hairdo - looked like she'd had one too many. I suppose it should be raining too, but it would spoil her hair :)

Fantastic render! I love the character and the whole scene layout. Instead of rain, perhaps just a bit of atmospheric effects? Haze, smog? Looks like very clear air round there.
