Description
The back side of the Altmonte Power Plant which looks to be a hydroelectric affair with Mrs. Weesel just enjoying the day. Mind you, this was the sort of day the German Army would dread on the Russian front, but some folks really enjoy the cold.
The weird dredge thing appears to be a claw-bucket to pick 'stuff' out of the turbine intake area.
Hope you still got your sweaters on.
