Awesome surface mapping! Some of the best I've seen in the Rendo TG gallery of late. More than being subtle and nuanced, it is also realistic, which is a rarity IMO. This is a well-deserved vote!

Excellent! THere are many things I like about this picture. The terrain for starters (have to get me a copy of that), the atmosphere - just love the clarity!! love the rough stuff on the back of the sandy area near the river - very realistic!! Over all its the quality of light and use of shading and colours that catches my eye - looks almost like a painting? I can't put my finger on it the quality that makes this .... different and wonderful .... is the light on the apricot side ? Would love to hear how you went about this pic (on a general basis - too detailed would take you a year to write!) Esp that lighting!!! sigh* Just gorgeous - I wish this place really did exist. MORE PLEASE!!!

Excellent work. I like this shot very much. I may use it to introduce a short story for my grandson about a family of dinosaurs. Surely those are tracks in the sand, or is that just dirt on my monitor?
