The rays are nice, but in my opinion the snow is a bit too bumpy and the sky could need some 'fluffy' clouds perhaps...?? But I like the idea ;-)

Snow and pov are really nice! Try to put some layers above your strata. It will help to give it a more natural look! Maybe you can use a mask for sharpening against those stipres in the sky. Go on - this is the way. .-)
