I'm a 53 year old woman, who enjoys 3D rendering, photography, breeding and exhibiting English Budgerigars. I also am learning to speak Nepali. I live in the "kinda" northeast area of the USA. Just me and my one cockatiel....at the moment. (Bird wise that is...)
I have been doing Poser since June of 2005 because of my oldest brother prodding me along. I'm glad he did! I don't strive for absolute perfection in my renders. I render for stress relief and above all FUN and enjoyment.
I had to take a sabbatical for a while but I am now back and I am very impressed to see all the changes! This is going to be exciting!

What a beautiful tribute. Here is a poem that I found on the web, hope you enjoy: You once put violets into a jar and set them in the centre of the plank table frail bluish violets on a tatter of white crochet saying like a grace that without the greenhouse they would not exist. The pine floors now are cold and bare and light, thin here from tall windows giving on only wastes of snow. But for the builder I would have no shelter. Still tacked to the wall is that note you scrawled: 'But for loneliness, nothing would be set down.' Here is the link to this poem. :) http://members.rogers.com/mbluger/poem4.htm

The death of a parent is always a hard thing to survive. When my Dad died (1993) I wrote poetry like crazy and now that my Mom is dying, I'm writing more again... If only creativity wasn't so often born from loss. hug

Mercy, such a moving and emotionally charged picture the sadness that is being shown is as deep as the sorrow we felt and is well portrayed. Hard to say much else though when you got something in your eye...

People may pass, but their memories live on in us forever. Excellent tribute.

I think this is your best image yet. Maybe because it came so much from your heart and it shows. Sorry to hear about your mother. This is a wonderful tribute to her memory.
