Description

Just palying with textures and surfaces. Could use some tips or advice from the pro's in here to make it better. Thanks for looking. All other comments also welcome. Regards SnapIII

Some of your best work! Nice greens, (I count two layers) maybe a bit more variety. Nice rocky surfaces (strata too?) nice and subtle. Great pov. I might thin out the clouds a bit but you have done super work here. Congrats!

Agree with STBC, two layers of grass isn't enough, need a few more, with different colours/bump/mimic terrain settings. Also, a few more layers for your rocks. But you did very good with your subtle stata, and the POV is good. Try changing the clouds settings too, they are a bit too dark, and too big.

Agree with the above...Rids at Terranuts.com has some free surfaces you can download...it gave me lots of ideas and helped loads...there are also some good atmosphere files there :)
