the only thing I like are the chains! sword looks fake but chains look real.some shadows are just not there

I agree about the sword, and the thing that I believe is causing it is that the texture is too "blurred/stretched". This happens when too small a texture is used to cover a larger area/item. Perhaps (if the texture you used is seamless) tiling it once would help. I've also found that on long items, such as a sword handle, tiling in one direction but not the other works to make the texture look as it should. Try different settings. Good Job so far!!
