Hmmm... y'know... pillows are funny things... No one will get that but you... The image is nice... the hair is REALLY well done, and for the first time you've done cloth, the draped cloth is good... I can't wait to see how you improve over time with cloth painting.

hair and clothing (cloth? sarong?) look wonderful :) THe image gives the feel of troubled resignation mixed with a dash of hope. I would say that for the apparent lack of use to the look of the rest of the room that the window seems a bit too pristine for me. As the floor is dirty and the walls are discoloured, maybe the window could also show some disrepair/neglect?

Stunning image of a heart resigned to its fate. Hair is superb and the clothpainting is really well done. Something about him disturbs me...as if I've met him before, but since it's a 'self-portrait' I doubt it! LOL The one I'm thinking of moved from Springfield MA to Atlanta GA back in 1990 or thereabouts...I think his name was Matthew and he was a very special person in the arts. Excellent!!

Ok, I'm with blacq nyght on that one! Self-Portrait!! ARE you available? and if not do you have a twin brother !! ..(Ok after I've severely doused myself with cold water) ... I've become human again.
