Description
Returned from a trip to Morro Bay and wanted to create the foggy mid California costline. Had trouble with the fog as it mad the lite to flat. Whitewater created with black & White alpha planes and shaded in paintshop. Working on a Tutorial but need more time. Seagulls by Noggin. Thanks for viewing Mark
