very nice looking rain element in foreground but that seems to be the only place it exists. Clear night sky and rain. It can happen if the whole storm is behind you but even in real life it seems wierd. Seems like you would want some falloff in visibilty as you look into the distance through the rain. No evidence that the rain is hitting the water. Your glowing light in the back would make more of the rain show up better. Sorry, I'm in full supervisor mode today. Hope to see more.
