Description

on a bleak and dismal afternoon... without much prospects of anything to come a single image was captured that brought about much rejoicing just when I thought the whole shoot wasn't going to work it did...

Beautiful! I think this photo would have worked out in any scenery because the girl is gorgeous. However, it is heightened by the track, and as you say, "the infinite perspective." Excellent work!

Too bad the girl doesn't look desperate. A great photo, but the actress needs some coaching. Anyway, well done!

Maybe Dudley Do-Right can save her.

she's not an actress...why does she need to appear "desperate"? I don't comprehend your comment at all...if you feel you need to comment in this manner then go elsewhere.

Excellent capture! Love the overall coloring and the contrast between the softness of your model and the harsh hardness of the steel and wood. Title is perfect for this one! Very nice work and great model, too!!!

Fine shot, beautiful model. Hope you didn't leave here on the track ;-)

I think chips7 was just trying to be humorus in that a girl on the track should be in distress, and since she is content in her perdicament, she is therefore not pulling off the role as "The Damsel in Distress" very well. I truly believe that he was not intentional in his insult to the young woman's talent in any way. Anyway, fine photography here, and a beautiful model Congratz :) PS: Train tracks are a verry dangerous place to be, use the utmost caution when occupying tracks that are in service, as this one apears to be by the shine on the rail. Once again, well done shot. :)

Very cool idea, and a wonderful shot, bud!

Giving chips7 the benefit of doubt, perhaps he presumed a theme that wasn't intended... instead of simply a great shot, of a most lovely young lady, in an interesting setting ... and indeed a special one.
