My throat chokes
The news of the day:
Add cancer to the list.
Tears flow, cold and heavy
So far from me
I cannot hold your hands
I want to see those eyes
With no words to say,
Our hearts will talk.

My first post in Writers. My grandpa is diabetic, was diagnosed with congestive heart failure, and now with lung cancer. He is the sweetest man, I love him dearly, and I haven't seen him for a long time due to the military.
