My first one to upload.
It's WIP... Could any one help my with comments about what I could change before a begin with texturing and adding hair?

well, this sort of modelling is beyond me, and i don't even know if you still need any feedback on it, but the only thing that really strikes out at me is that the eyes look like they're just two spheres that were slapped into the sockets. they don't seem to connect in any way. the front edges of the ear look a bit sharp as well. beyond that, it's pretty good :)
