Below the world is silent
Claws reach out to snare
The dreams of latent earth
And the visions lost there

Hunt mountains of dust
Winds blow a cold death's voice
Through the ears of sorrow's lust
Above the universe is spinning
Wings reach out to embrace
The dreams of latent heaven
And the visions lost in space

Probe caverns of the soul
The shadows have drained
Through these eyes of coal
In between the darkness is light
The arms that carry the dead
The dreams of latent consciousness
And the visions lost ahead

Search your latent path alone
Wrap the wings around yourself
And turn the flesh to stone
