I love that you've got some roots showing at the base of the red streaks :) The eyes and hair are excellent! The slight shadowing of the face, the nose and the tongue are also great. I can't quite describe it but there's something about her upper lip that seems a lil "off" to me, but I can't explain what. Lovely job overall :)
