Description
This image is a pic I took of my cat, Fetish, in 2002. He was 34 lbs and the most loveable cat ever. Fetish died on our way to the emergency vet at about midnight on January 14th, 2004. I think that Fetish is waiting to take Mom to my Dad.

Between dusk and twilight shadowed he lies there, sleeping occasionally opening one golden eye before resting again he waits slumbering comfortably well-groomed and snoring and then he yawns, stretching out standing, soft feet padding quietly he approaches as strong as a lion as soft as a feather yet extremely solid he waits in the wings of the beyond to welcome and to comfort to love and to protect my mother once the next step in her journey is taken for now, he watches and waits content in this place ready to share his love in his upcoming role as companion and guide for the woman who raised me

He was 8. When we first got him, he was the RUNT of the litter and fit in the palm of my hand.

Did he like lasagna? He reminds me of Garfield. There are many who guide your Mother on her path....your Dad is there with open arms. :) Do you think we will ever get past the Kleenex stage? No matter how hard we try to be strong....still the tears flow. Take care and rest easy this day.

Since TallPockets made the comment, I have to tell the reason that Fetish was named "Fetish". When he was a small kitten, he would sleep inside of my footwear and he would also nap on my feet while I was on the internet so I decided he had a foot fetish and hence his name "Fetish"... :)
