I'm not belonging to Europe...but this reminds me...differently Guernica...(without Picasso)...but with all that die for Spain inclueded all that joined the freedom..poets, writers and so on...

Dear Sylvaine: I don't understand what freedom are you referring to. This one of nowdays? Nor what poets: Antonio Machado, Schez Mazas? They died, respected by all, in the Spain of Franco. What writers? Unamuno, Ortega y Gasset, Ram y Cajal, Mendez Pidal, Azor, Gregorio Maran, La Entralgo,? They all died, respected by all, in the Spain of Franco. I'm afraid you only know Spain by the communist/socialist propaganda. Yes, Picasso... and Dali. One antifranquist, the other franquist.
