Sorry, I made a mistake by adding a new comment. The previous one desappeared. In my first message, I said I was delighted by your first shot of cold season and that your photo is beautiful !! Second part of the message : I just wanted to say that your thumbnail is a little too small and does not provide a precise idea of the posted photo : it's a pity for a beautiful shot like yours. To make the thumb a little bit bigger, you can reduce the quality of it and stay at the limit of 200 pixels for the largest dimension. Hope you will not be annoyed by my suggestion :) Chantal

Such a glorious shot! I love it! I can feel the cold between my eyes, and the uncomfortable glare that you have to get used to when you step outside into this. I love this. It conjures up beautiful Michigan memories. I can here my boots crunching even now~ Thank you!

Aangus, hi!! Well I'll be going to snow country ( life willing) this week and for NYears, and might get a good shot or two. I know how to make a better thumb print now,,haha I am not sure if I can go back and redo my thumbs, however, anyone know? So Aangus, my dear old friend, I see you're still monkeying around..haha I have a few shots of snow on apple orchards that are not all beautiful, necesarily, but interesting, at least they were to me, my excitment finding apple orchards in snow with apples in the branches was a delightful discovery. Imagine a giggling woman, giggles emanating from her inner child. I wonder what you've been up to in Scotland..? where do we go to communicate one on one now, I have forgotten? HELP!
