Description

Credits: V3-Daz Liquid Halo on Sky-Daz Mechanical Probes-Daz PS6 for postwork Didn't have time when I fist posted this to comment on it. Nor did I know what to say at the time that would make sense. This piece is actually inspired by a lot of supurb artists out there. Not the subject, but rather the composition and style. I usually put in detailed backgrounds and make things look like a photo. I attempt, anyway. This is only one of a handful that has no definate background. You focus on the subjects only, with the murky background as filler, somewhat. Frank Frazetta, [my mentor and main inspiration] and Boris Vellejo, installed this type of background for a lot of their paintings, which has inspired thousands. And I really enjoy the style. Just could never do it myself. But I'm very pleased with this (after many hours) and will be concentrating on doing more in the future. I thank all artists out there, for their inspirational works, and hope I may inspire at least one artsist myself during my lifetime. Thank you for taking the time to look. Even if you don't comment or vote.

This reminds me of Matrix III as well. Nice posing definitely. And certainly don't stop using this type of background. If this is any indication, you'll excell at it.

I love how you worked the colors from the background to the foreground character. This might be one of your best pieces.
