Description

"That traitorous dog lead us into an ambush!" yelled the captain of the air skiff. Even in the shadows of the setting sun the knight could count hundreds of the enemies war golems moving into position. The air skiff ahead of them strained to turn then suddenly burst into flame. The living statues had taken to the air. "Starboard!" commanded the knight. But his orders came too late. Lightning and flame roared from metal shafts hefted by the levitating golems. Screams and ozone filled the night air. This image is a character test render for a larger image. I have three more to render for the finished product. DAZ M3 because V3 is everywhere doing everything. Viking Helmet Renderosity. Homemade textures. Let me know what you think. I appreciate each comment they help me improve with each image.

Love this.. the clarity on the textures is terriffic.. lighting is great.. a body shadow might have helped ground the image.. like he was standing on white ground with white backdrop.. Yeah, it's good to see Michael doing something other than getting naked at Renderotica smirk

I agree, the lighting and clarity is superb but the image could use some depth. Great work though, keep it up!

Improve you ask? This is really superb. Pose, atmosphere...you name it. One thing you might want to change is the texture on the shield's ornaments. The wood is weathered and has clearly been used in many a tough battle. I'd try to create a texture with more bump and also a bit rusty. More iron so to speak.
